Why it works
Never starts with a cat inside
A microwave radar sensor, a motion sensor, four weight sensors, dual infrared detection and mechanical anti-pinch protection all point at one rule: the cleaning cycle only runs after the cat has left.
A large drum for large and multiple cats
A 60 L drum with a low entry takes cats from 1.5 kg up to 10 kg, and the sealed waste drawer holds about 12 days of waste for a multi-cat home.
Odour handled at three points
A sealed waste drawer with a deodoriser cartridge, UV sterilisation after cleaning cycles, and an optional fragrance pod. Self-sealing waste bags keep the owner away from the waste.
A health record for every cat
Weight is logged after every visit, with visit counts and a profile per cat in a multi-cat home, so a change shows up as a trend the owner can see.
Quiet, and less litter on the floor
Operation stays near ambient noise level, at around 36 dB, and a removable grated mat catches litter at the entry.
Branded app and cloud
Every project includes an owner app under your name — your logo, your colours, published from your developer account — and the cloud behind it.
Over-the-air updates
Firmware updates reach devices already in homes, rolled out in small batches first so a faulty build never reaches the whole fleet.

Several independent ways of knowing a cat is there
Most self-cleaning boxes rely on one sensor and a timer. This one fuses radar, motion, weight and infrared sensing, so the cleaning cycle only runs after the cat has left, and stops at once if one appears.

Why a litter box is harder than it looks
Safety is a system, not a sensor
No single sensor is trusted on its own. Presence is decided from several, with the mechanical anti-pinch as the last line.
Litter varies
Clumping litters differ in weight, dust and stickiness. Drum speed and sifting are tuned litter by litter, and the box is specified for clumping litter.
Torque and gears for years
A box runs several times a day for years. Torque monitoring, gear wear and seal life are tested for long cycle counts.
An odour path that stays closed
The sealed drawer, the self-sealing bag and the deodoriser are designed as one path, because odour escapes wherever the path is open.
